Tenant fees

Under the Renting Homes (Charging Costs) (Wales) Act 2019, Elm & Ivy does not charge tenants for viewings, referencing, credit checks, administration, or contract preparation. The only permitted payments are: rent, security deposit (capped), holding deposit (capped at one week's rent), and default fees as defined by the Act.

Landlord rewards

Portfolio discount

1% off management fees for landlords with 5+ properties under management.

Referral scheme

Credit equal to one month's management commission (capped at £100) for each new landlord you introduce.
